Must have a professional appearance and background for video calls Must be available in USA time zones M-F 9am - 6pm for communication. Part time to start roughly 20 hours/ week Ideally you have had some formal training in accounting processes, although if you have learned processes on the job, that is acceptable. You have worked in an accounting department before and you have been involved in all the processes listed in the ‘Key Responsibilities’ below. However, there are additional smaller clients that need accounting services which will be much smaller in scope relatively speaking. This is the main client that will be served through this engagement. Now, we need to take it to the next level and take on a few larger projects such as moving them to an accrual basis accounting as well as being able to budget and forecast for the company. We have worked with a new bookkeeper, a new tax firm, and a new insurance broker to establish all the needed financial bases.
They did not have many accounting processes established before we took on this role in March of 2022. They are due to 4-5x their revenues this year from $2M to $10M. We are a small consulting firm that has a need with one specifically large client that is growing rapidly.
